The building of each DS Doll start from initial modelling of the master mould.
Each of the master mould requires our sculpture team months to develop.
Each of the doll that cast from the mould required more than 80 follow up steps to turn from a rough cast into the final product.
At each stage our craftsman will add additional detail to the doll. Step by step our team of craftsman have to manually complete each of delicate step which can not be replace by mechanical process.
Since each of the doll is uniquely build per customer request, some of the more complex doll may take a few weeks to complete.
We have 5 departments in the factory - the design unit, the molding workshop, production workshop, make-up workshop and quality department.
